How to claim your £30 Visa prepaid card
1. Purchase a TomTom Via LIVE 120, 125 or GO LIVE 820, 825 device between 22nd November & 23rd December 2011. Offer excludes the GO LIVE 820 Top Gear Edition.
2. Visit http://tomtom1.sales-promotions.com/ to complete the online form.
3. Post your claim form, photocopied receipt and the cut out of the barcode to: TomTom ‘£30 Visa prepaid card’ Promotion, 1st Floor, 277-281 Oxford Street, London, W1C 2DL. The claim must be received by midnight on 23rd January 2012.
4. Upon validation, you will then receive an automated email notification informing you that your claim has been successful and your £30 Visa prepaid card will be delivered within 28 days.
£30 Visa prepaid card – Terms & conditions
1. This promotion is run by TomTom Sales B.V. (“Promoter”), a company registered in the Netherlands, whose address is at Rembrandtplein 35, 1017 CT, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. If you need to contact the Promoter please go to tomtom@sales-promotions.com.
2. The promotion is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland, aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion and/or the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.
3. This offer is exclusively for customers of TomTom UK & Ireland (the “participant”) purchasing a qualifying TomTom device, Via LIVE 120, Via LIVE 125, GO LIVE 820, GO LIVE 825 (“Promotional Product”) from participating UK or Ireland retailers during the promotional period of between 22nd November and 23rd December 2011 inclusive. This offer does not include refurbished products or ex-demonstration products. Participants purchasing from Costco may purchase a TomTom GO LIVE 820 device between 21st November – 23rd December 2011 inclusive. This offer is not available on purchases made from John Lewis Partnership. This offer excludes the GO LIVE 820 Top Gear Edition.
4. For products purchased from Amazon, this offer applies only to qualifying items purchased from and dispatched by Amazon at the website, www.amazon.co.uk. It does not apply to ‘used’ sat navs or purchases made from third-party sellers at Amazon.co.uk’s Marketplace platform or at any of Amazon.co.uk’s Trusted Partner sites, or from Amazon.com, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.it, Amazon.co.jp, Amazon.cn or Amazon.ca.
5. To claim the £30/€30 Visa prepaid card offer, participants must complete all of the details on the online claim form, including full name, address, contact telephone number and email address, and details of where the product was purchased.
6. Claim forms must be printed out and sent together with a photocopy of the purchase receipt and the cut out, or photocopy, of the barcode from the back of the product box to: TomTom ‘£30 Visa prepaid card’ Promotion, 1st Floor, 277-281 Oxford Street, London, W1C 2DL.
7. The claim must be received by midnight on 23rd January 2012.
8. Upon registration, the claimant will receive an automated email notification informing them that their claim has been received and is now being validated. They will also receive a personalised password and username to access our online tracking facility.
9. If the claimant provides incorrect contact details, fails to include their proof of purchase, or ‘barcode cut out’ they will receive an email requesting them to provide the correct details within 30 days.
10. Upon validation, the claimant will then receive an automated email notification informing them that their claim has been successful and their Visa prepaid card will be delivered within 28 days.
11. Once their claim has been validated, the claimant will receive via post a branded prepaid Visa debit card with funds worth £30/€30. The participant may use their Visa Prepaid Card to purchase or rent goods and services from merchants displaying the service mark of any payment scheme that appears on the back of the participants’ card.
12. Participants will be responsible for all costs and expenses relating to participation in the promotion, such as the cost of postage for the application.
13. Claims received after the closing date of midnight on 23rd January 2012 will be deemed invalid. TomTom will not process claims that are incomplete or illegible, and accepts no responsibility for claims lost, delayed or damaged in the post.
14. Maximum of one claim per person. The promoter reserves the right to investigate and withhold claims it believes to be of a fraudulent nature. Should a claim be upheld as fraudulent the Promoter reserves the right to pursue damages against individuals in connection with the claim.
15 Participants should retain the original receipt as claim application forms and supporting material will not be returned.
16 Personal data provided by the participant to redeem this offer may be processed by the Promoter within the European Union for the sole purpose of processing and performing this offer, for (direct) marketing and quality control analysis, for conducting market research and improving the Promoter’s products and/or services. By accepting these terms and conditions the participant consents to the processing of personal data in this way. The Promoter and its agents are responsible for storing, processing and transferring the participant’s personal data and for registering the participant’s consent to this. Participants have the right to obtain information about their data and – if necessary – request rectification or removal of their data held by the Promoter.

17 These terms and conditions, and any instructions from the Promoter, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Promoter, superseding any prior agreements between you and the Promoter. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the other provisions of the terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
18 By entering the promotion participants agree to these terms and conditions which will at that time become binding between the participant and the Promoter.
19. These terms and conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, Wales and Ireland and the courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or extend this promotion or amend these terms and conditions without notice and any such cancellation or amendments shall be displayed at www.clubtomtom.co.uk.
